RETURNS + REFUNDS POLICY

At Conspiracy Emporium, we stand behind what we ship. If there’s an issue with your order — damaged, defective, or incorrect — we’ll make it right.

HOW TO REPORT AN ISSUE

  • You have 30 days from receiving your order to report a problem.
  • Contact us at rabbit@conspiracyemporium.com with your order number, a description of the issue, and a clear photo.
  • Once verified, we’ll arrange a replacement or refund at no cost to you.

Note: Do not send anything back without our instructions.

WHAT’S COVERED

  • Damaged on arrival
  • Defective
  • Not what you ordered

WHAT’S NOT COVERED

  • Buyer’s remorse (changed your mind)
  • Incorrect size if the item matches what was displayed
  • Sale items or gift cards

EU CUSTOMERS — 14 DAY COOLING-OFF PERIOD

If your order was delivered to the European Union, you have the right to cancel it within 14 days of receiving it for any reason.

To exercise this right:

  • Contact us at rabbit@conspiracyemporium.com within 14 days of delivery.
  • Return the item at your own expense in its original condition (unworn, unused, with tags, and in original packaging).
  • Refunds will be processed only after we receive the item back or you provide proof of return shipment.

REFUNDS

Once an issue or return is approved:

  • Refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days.
  • If more than 15 business days pass without seeing your refund, contact us at rabbit@conspiracyemporium.com.
